Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Keta Communication & Digital Services Company Limited (tax ID 0316589310), registered at 83/16 Thoai Ngoc Hau Street, Tan Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam ("we") for the use of Bling Studio at social.hibeautybling.com and app.hibeautybling.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

1. The Service

Bling Studio lets you upload a video once, write captions (with AI suggestions), review, publish now or schedule to the TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and YouTube accounts you connect, and track the results. Each customer has its own workspace with separate channels, posts and members. We may change, add or discontinue features and will give notice before a change that materially reduces the Service you use.

2. Accounts and workspaces

• –You provide accurate information when signing up, keep your password confidential and are responsible for all activity in your account.
• –Workspace owners are responsible for inviting members, assigning roles and all content published from the workspace.
• –Tell us by email immediately if you notice unauthorised access to your account.

3. Connecting third-party platforms

• –You may only connect accounts, Pages and channels that you own or that their owner has authorised you to manage.
• –When you use the Service to publish to a platform, you must follow that platform's terms and community standards, including the TikTok Terms of Service, the Meta Terms and Community Standards, and the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms).
• –Bling Studio is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by TikTok, Meta or Google. Features depend on each platform's API and may be affected when a platform changes its API, limits the number of posts or rejects content.

4. Your content

• –You keep all rights to the content you upload and create.
• –You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process and transmit that content to the platforms you choose, solely to provide the Service to you.
• –You confirm you hold the necessary rights to your content (including music, images, trademarks and the likeness of people who appear in it) and that it does not violate Vietnamese law or third-party rights.
• –We may remove or block content upon a lawful request from a competent authority or when content clearly violates these terms.

5. AI suggestions

Captions, titles and hashtags suggested by AI may be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to other content. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and deciding before you publish. Content you approve and publish is your content.

6. Prohibited conduct

• –Sending spam, mass-posting unsolicited content or manipulating engagement metrics.
• –Publishing content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes the intellectual property or privacy of others.
• –Trying to circumvent platform limits, interfering with, scanning or overloading our systems, or accessing data of other workspaces.
• –Reselling or re-providing the Service to third parties without a written agreement with us.

7. Fees

Fees (if any) follow the plan or separate agreement communicated clearly before you are charged. Unless the law requires otherwise or we agree otherwise, fees paid for the current period are non-refundable.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

• –The Service is provided as is. We work to keep it stable but do not promise it will never be interrupted or error-free.
• –We are not responsible for a third-party platform rejecting, removing or limiting the reach of your content, suspending your account, or for that platform's outages.
• –To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims related to the Service does not exceed the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Open-source software

Bling Studio is built on a modified version of Postiz, open-source software released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.html). You may request the Corresponding Source of the modified version Bling Studio runs, free of charge, at dev@hibeautybling.com.

10. Suspension and termination

• –You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time as described on the Data Deletion Instructions page.
• –We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms and will explain why unless the law prevents us.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation; failing that, either party may bring the dispute before the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.

12. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update the date at the top of the page and give at least 7 days' notice if a change materially and adversely affects you. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
