Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Bling Studio ("we") collects, uses, shares, stores and deletes data when you visit social.hibeautybling.com and use the application at app.hibeautybling.com (together, the "Service").

1. Who operates the Service

Bling Studio is operated by Keta Communication & Digital Services Company Limited (tax ID 0316589310), registered at 83/16 Thoai Ngoc Hau Street, Tan Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This company is the controller and processor of personal data under this policy. Contact: dev@hibeautybling.com.

2. Data we collect

• –Account information: name, email address, your Bling Studio login password (stored only as a hash), the workspaces you belong to and your role in each.
• –Data from social media accounts you choose to connect: the identifier and display name of the account, Page or channel, profile picture, the access token and refresh token issued by the platform, and the identifiers, links and status of posts created through Bling Studio.
• –Content you create in the Service: videos, images, captions, titles, hashtags, schedules, internal notes and review history.
• –Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, system logs, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language.
• –Anything you send us when contacting support.

We never ask for or store your social media passwords: you sign in directly on the platform's own page, and the platform only gives us an access token for the permissions you approve.

3. How we use data

• –Publish now or schedule content to the exact accounts, Pages and channels you choose, following your instructions.
• –Show your connected channels, post status, errors and results so you can track and retry.
• –Suggest captions with AI when you click the caption button (see section 7).
• –Keep accounts secure, detect and prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
• –Provide support when you contact us and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell data, we do not use data received from social media platforms for advertising or user profiling, and we do not use it to train AI models.

4. Data from YouTube and Google

Bling Studio uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms); Google's handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

• –Data accessed: basic channel information (channel ID, name, avatar), permission to upload videos to the channel and set their title, description, tags, privacy status and thumbnail, and the processing status of videos uploaded through Bling Studio.
• –Bling Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
• –Stored YouTube API data (other than access tokens) is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
• –You can revoke Bling Studio's access at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

5. Data from Facebook, Instagram and Threads (Meta)

• –Data accessed: the Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and Threads profiles you manage and choose to connect; their names, identifiers and profile pictures; permission to publish posts, videos and Reels to them; and the status and basic metrics of posts created through Bling Studio.
• –We use this data only to publish and show you the results of your posts, in line with the Meta Platform Terms (https://developers.facebook.com/terms).
• –You can remove Bling Studio's access in the apps and websites settings of Facebook, Instagram or Threads, or request deletion as described on our Data Deletion Instructions page.

6. Data from TikTok

• –Data accessed: basic profile information (identifier, display name, avatar, username), public profile statistics, your list of videos, and permission to upload or publish videos as you choose.
• –Before every post you choose the visibility and interaction settings; Bling Studio never publishes without your confirmation.
• –Our use follows the TikTok Developer Terms of Service; you can remove access in the security and app permissions settings of the TikTok app.

7. AI caption generation

Only when you click the caption button, the description or source caption you entered and the list of target channels are sent to a third-party AI model provider to generate suggestions. We never send your access tokens, login details or social media account data to the AI provider. The AI never publishes anything: you review, edit and approve before posting.

8. Sharing

• –With the social media platforms you connect, to publish posts on your instructions.
• –With service providers that help us operate: Cloudflare (video storage, content delivery, security), server infrastructure we manage, an email provider and an AI model provider (section 7). They process data only on our instructions.
• –With competent government authorities when required by law.

So that platforms can download your video when publishing, video files are placed at a public, hard-to-guess URL on media.hibeautybling.com for the retention period in section 9. Some providers and platforms run servers outside Vietnam, so data may be transferred abroad to the extent needed to provide the Service.

9. Retention and deletion

• –Uploaded video and image files are automatically deleted from storage 60 days after upload.
• –When you disconnect a channel, we stop using its access token immediately and permanently delete the channel data within 30 days.
• –When you request account deletion, your account data and the workspaces you own are deleted within 30 days, except data we must keep by law.
• –Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for operations and security, then deleted.
• –Posts already published remain on the platform, where you manage them.

10. Security

All connections to the Service use HTTPS. Social media access tokens are used only on our servers and are never sent to the browser. Internal access to data is limited to staff who need it. No measure is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.

11. Your rights

Under Vietnamese personal data protection law, you have the right to be informed, to access, correct and request deletion of your data, to withdraw consent and to object to processing. Send requests to dev@hibeautybling.com; we respond within the period required by law and no later than 30 days.

12. Cookies

We only use cookies needed to keep you signed in, secure your session and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.

13. Who may use the Service

The Service is intended for businesses, organisations and individuals aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

14. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of the page and notify you in the app or by email if the change significantly affects your rights.
