Upload a video once. Post it to five social networks.
Bling Studio is a publishing tool for content teams. Pick your channels, write a caption for each one or click a button for AI suggestions, review, then publish now or schedule to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and YouTube. Each brand gets its own workspace.
Connects through each platform's official API. Bling Studio never stores your social media passwords, and you can revoke access at any time.
What Bling Studio does
Everything between having a video file and seeing it live on each channel happens in one place.
- Upload once
- Videos upload straight to storage, large files included. One file is shared by every channel you pick.
- A caption for each channel
- When you click “Generate multi-channel captions”, the AI suggests captions, titles and hashtags that fit each channel's length, tone and language. It never publishes anything. You edit and decide.
- Publish now or schedule
- Plan posts on a weekly or monthly calendar. If the system goes down, posts up to 2 hours late are published to catch up. Anything later waits for you to confirm.
- Review before it is scheduled
- Members draft, a manager approves, and only then does the post go on the calendar. Small teams can switch to publishing directly.
- Status per channel
- See which channels went live, which failed and why. A failed channel is retried on its own, and channels that already published are never posted twice.
- One workspace per brand
- Each brand's channels, posts and members are kept apart, with roles. One person can belong to several workspaces.

|---|---|---|---|
| TikTok | A TikTok account | Caption up to 2,200 characters, hashtags written inside the caption | Up to 3 minutes for every account, up to 10 minutes for some |
| Facebook Pages, including Reels. Not personal profiles. | Caption with hashtags. Meta's documentation gives no character limit. | Reels from 3 to 90 seconds, vertical 9:16 | |
| Instagram professional accounts, posted as Reels | Caption up to 2,200 characters, at most 30 hashtags | Reels from 3 seconds to 15 minutes, files up to 300 MB | |

Figures come from the TikTok, Meta and Google developer documentation, checked in October 2026. Platforms can change their limits at any time.

Common questions
Does Bling Studio store my social media passwords?
No. You sign in on the platform's own page. Bling Studio only receives the access token the platform issues, and you can revoke it at any time.
Where can I publish?
TikTok, Facebook Pages (including Reels), Instagram professional accounts (including Reels), Threads and YouTube (including Shorts).
How does the AI write captions?
When you click “Generate multi-channel captions”, the brief you entered is sent to an AI model provider to suggest a caption for each channel. The AI never publishes anything. You read, edit and approve first.
What if I manage several brands?
Each brand is a separate workspace with its own channels, posts and members. One person can belong to several workspaces.
How long are my videos kept?
Video files are deleted from storage automatically 60 days after upload. Published posts remain on the platform, where you manage them.
What if the system is down at the scheduled time?
Posts up to 2 hours late are published automatically to catch up. Anything later waits for your confirmation, so nothing goes out at the wrong time without you knowing.
