Data Deletion Instructions
How to disconnect channels, revoke access and ask Bling Studio to delete your data.
Last updated: 19/10/2026
You can delete the data Bling Studio holds about you, including data received from Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and YouTube, in any of the three ways below. Option 3 deletes your whole account.
Option 1: Disconnect a channel in Bling Studio
- Sign in at app.hibeautybling.com.
- In the channel list, open the menu of the channel you want to remove and choose disconnect or delete channel.
- As soon as you remove it, Bling Studio stops using the channel's access token and cancels posts scheduled for that channel; the channel data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2: Revoke access on the platform
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select Bling Studio → Remove.
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → select Bling Studio → Remove.
- Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → select Bling Studio → Remove.
- TikTok: Profile → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → App and service permissions → select Bling Studio → Remove access.
- YouTube / Google: open https://myaccount.google.com/permissions → select Bling Studio → Delete all connections.
Menu names may differ slightly between app versions. Once you revoke access, Bling Studio can no longer use the old access token; to also delete stored data, follow Option 1 or Option 3.
Option 3: Request deletion of all your data
- Email dev@hibeautybling.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address of your Bling Studio account.
- Include the workspace name and the channels involved (if any). If you do not have a Bling Studio account but your data was connected by someone else, name the social media account involved.
- We verify your identity, acknowledge your request within 3 business days, complete the deletion within 30 days and then send you a confirmation email.
What will be deleted
- Your account, the workspaces you own and their member lists.
- Connected channels with their access tokens, refresh tokens and profile information received from the platforms.
- Drafts, schedules, captions, notes, review history and any video or image files still in storage.
Posts already published remain on the platform; delete them directly there. We only keep data the law requires us to retain (for example payment records) for the statutory period.
